We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from Organix. But if you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the delivery date.

📌 Important Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization from our Customer Service team at organix@organixboost.com. Please do not send items back directly without first contacting us.

To start a return or exchange, email us at organix@organixboost.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to process your return or exchange.

Order Cancellation

✅ If your order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund.
❌ If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can apply for a return after receiving the package.

📌 Refund Processing Time: You should receive your refund within 5-15 business days. If you have not received it within 30 days, please contact us at organix@organixboost.com.

Return & Exchange Process

🔄 Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests beyond this period may not be approved.

🚚 Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

💳 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed. Generally, refunds take 5-15 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us.

  • With all original labels attached
  • In the original packaging

❌ If items do not meet these conditions, the buyer will be responsible for any fees incurred, and a refund will not be issued.
