I initially bought this product to improve egg quality as a 40 yo female TTC based on research proving NMN to reverse age related infertility (poor egg quality) in mice. Having had taken this for one week I have slept through the night three times! That may sound minimal to you, but waking up every 2-3 hours every single night for YEARS brought on hopelessness, depression, fatigue, brain fog, lowered cognitive ability, irritable mood and much more. I also have iron deficiency with low ferritin that affects sleep quality. I use oral ferrous sulfate with PatchAid SimplyHeme. Since adding NMN I am sleeping ALL NIGHT!! I have been taking NMN since August and have noticed many benefits including more energy, less fatigue, increased appetite, relief from dry eyes, etc. (I'm 66.)
However, the most remarkable event has occurred. Our 20 year old cat has been on subcutaneous fluids for kidney problems for two years now. She would have died two years ago without that treatment. Two weeks ago I noticed she began losing weight and was smelling bad. Then she stopped eating and drinking. My wife and I began saying goodbye to our old friend. She was just skin and bones, lethargic and shutting down. At that point, with a "what is there to lose" frame of mind, I began giving her 125 mg NMN by mixing the powder from the capsule in water and squirting it into her mouth with a syringe. The next day she began drinking water. I kept giving her the NMN each day. On the third day she began nibbling food. After that, she began eating and drinking much greater amounts, has begun to urinate and defecate again. She is up and about, her eyes look bright. She is still weak but is much less wobbly. Every indication is that she is recovering from a hopeless situation.
It seems like a miracle. Everyone is aware that pets live much shorter lives than we do. I have seen many pets go through this process of shutting down. When they stop eating and drinking, they don't last much longer. This is the first effective thing I have been able to do to bring a pet back from this state, nothing else has ever worked before.
Update: Although she bounced back, after two weeks she began to decline and after 3 weeks died. It is still remarkable that she bounced back from shutting down and within a day or so of death. We had an additional 3 weeks with her and that was special. She was probably too far gone, too emaciated, to completely recover. My wife and I have discussed using NMN on elderly pets before they begin to decline, especially if the price comes down.

Tried this on recommendation from a colleague who told me it gave him relief for knee pain. I have almost no cartilage in one of my knees, resulting in pain when I run. This pain has gotten worse over the last few years. After only 3 days of taking this product, my knees felt dramatically better. Two plus weeks later, they still feel much, much better. And I have been running more frequently.
My girlfriend has tried it to help with her hips, which tend to wake her up at night due to pain. Does not seem to have helped so far (been less than a week).
1 year update: This product has been a a near miracle cure for me. I will end up running 1,100+ miles this year. Knee pain has been nearly entirely eliminated. And I noticed after about a month of using the product that my legs felt dramatically younger. And that has maintained for a year....
Until about 10 days ago. I noticed recently that my lower legs were feeling 'old' again. And it kept getting worse. Knees hurt, too. I traced things back to starting a new bottle of NMN. After switching to another bottle, my legs have recovered again. So, quality control may be an issue.
Beyond that, I have been absolutely thrilled with what this product has done for me. Between it, (mostly) clean eating, and quality exercise, I'm in the best shape that I can hope for: ~8% body fat, running 25 miles per week, 3 strength workouts per week. At age 57. In my case, NMN has definitely shown itself to be an anti-aging supplement..
